PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight tester and a confronting method for performing the confronting on the basis of a lamp image imaged by receiving incident light from a headlight.SOLUTION: An image of a headlight is imaged by receiving the incident light from the headlight, and the image is binarized. By applying morphology processing to the binarized image, a shaped image separate from another image part is formed near the lamp center. The center of the shaped image is determined as a confronting center, and a headlight tester is moved so as to match the optical axis of the headlight tester with the confronting center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
