PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent erroneous determination when shift position switches are brought into full-off states.SOLUTION: In a diagnosis device 10 of a shift operation device, the shift position switches 20 to 23 are arranged at a plurality of shift positions which can be selected by a shift lever 50, when the shift lever 50 is selected to a specified shit position, the shift position switches 20 to 23 corresponding to the selected shift positions are switched to on-states from off-states, and the shift positions which are currently selected can be thereby detected. The diagnosis device comprises a full-off state determination part 32 which detects that all the shift position switches 20 to 23 are brought into full-off states, and an abnormality determination part 33 which determines an abnormality when the full-off state determination part 32 detects the full-off states continuously at least two times or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
