PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support smooth interaction.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a first storage section, a first extraction section, a second extraction section, and a determination section. The first storage section stores worker information including the description on a skill of a worker. The first extraction section extracts a worker skill word representing the characteristics of the skill of the worker and a worker skill value corresponding to the worker skill word, on the basis of a keyword included in the worker information. The second extraction section extracts a work skill word representing the characteristics of a work and a required skill value required for processing represented by the work skill word, on the basis of the keyword included in work summary showing the contents of the work. The determination section determines a work with the worker skill word and the work skill word coincident with each other, and the worker skill value equal to or larger than the required skill value, as a work candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
