PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information for addressing the cases where the current image forming apparatus does not include the function to form an image under the specified image forming condition.SOLUTION: An image forming unit 14 forms an image according to image data on a recording sheet. A display processing unit 32 causes a display unit of a UI part 22 to display option information unless the image forming unit 14 comprises a function to form an image on a recording sheet under a specified image forming condition. The option information includes at least first and second options. The first option is for directing that an image is formed on a recording sheet in a manner associated with the function of the image forming unit 14. The second option is for directing that the identification information of an alternative apparatus is displayed. The alternative apparatus is an apparatus, among a plurality of other image forming apparatuses 10 connected to the current apparatus, which comprises the function to form an image on a recording sheet under the specified image forming condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
