摘要 Disclosed are a printing method of a 3D directed energy deposition (DED) arc alloy metal powder by using an arc and alloy metal powder cored wire and an apparatus thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the printing method of a 3D DED arc alloy metal powder comprises the following steps of: (a) melting a front end of an alloy metal powder cored wire and a surface of a printing portion at the same time; (b) forming a single layer as a molten object of the alloy metal powder cored wire and a molten object of the surface of the printing portion are mixed to be coagulated; and (c) stacking the single layer by continuously overlaying the single layer.
