PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap which can reduce friction drag when opening and closing an upper lid, as possible, and which can achieve seal ability.SOLUTION: A hinge cap is injection molded, and then an upper lid is closed, thereby a film of a cap body is deformed by plastic deformation so as to match a shape of a projection of the upper lid, and the film is brought into contact over whole outer periphery of the projection tightly. In detail, the hinge cap comprises: a side wall which is a cylindrical shape and which is attached to the container body; a top plate for closing one opening end part of the side wall, and on which an exhaust hole is formed; a cap body which includes a film thinner than the top plate and projecting toward a direction where bore diameter becomes narrower, from part of the exhaust hole; an upper lid including an upper plate covering the top plate, and a projection projecting from the upper plate and entering the exhaust hole until penetrating the film; and a hinge for connecting the upper lid to the cap body. When the upper lid is closed, the inner peripheral shape of the film is a tight contact shape same to a projection outer peripheral shape, and when the upper lid is opened, the inner peripheral shape of the film is a similar shape same to or shrunk to the tight contact shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
