PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve alignment of electrical wiring for connecting the electrodes of a large number of solar cells and these electrodes, when assembling a solar cell module using back contact solar cells.SOLUTION: A sealing material 10 with electrical wiring arranged on the back side of a solar cell and having electrical wiring 13 connected electrically with the electrode of a solar cell is produced by providing the electrical wiring 13 on a heat resistant base material sheet 11, and after laminating a back side sealing material layer 14, providing a through hole 14x in the back side sealing material layer. Since the through hole can be provided after laminating the electrical wiring and back side sealing material layer, the electrical wiring and through hole can be aligned easily, even when a soft sheet is used as the back side sealing material layer, regardless of the flexibility thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
