PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system of an output device which secures the security function for setting processing on the output device to be used in a location apart from an administrator and is excellent in working efficiency.SOLUTION: A management system of an output device comprises: an information acquisition part 31 which acquires unique information on a printer 10; a setting information generation part 61 which generates a plurality of pieces of special setting information setting a plurality of different contents on setting items set for a printer control part 11; and a setting information impartment part 42 which imparts one special setting information among the plurality of pieces of special setting information to the printer control part 11. The printer control part 11 comprises: a release part 111 which determines whether or not unique information included in the imparted special setting information is the same as unique information held by the printer control part 11 and releases the security of the imparted special setting information in the case of being determined as the same; and an information change part 112 which changes the special setting information held by the printer control part 11 to the special setting information whose security has been released to make the specific operation of the printer 10 executable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
