PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an "information input device" having a touch panel with improved blind operability.SOLUTION: An information input device includes: a display panel for image-displaying an information input area; and a touch panel arranged on a surface of the display panel, to output a detection signal according to a touch position of an operation body. The information input device acquires information from the information input area, on the basis of the detection signal. The information input device includes: a bump section formed in a position corresponding to the information input area on a surface opposite the display panel of the touch panel; and voice control means which outputs voice in accordance with the information input area from a voice output section, on the basis of a detection signal of the touch position touched by the operation body and corresponding to the information input area. When the touch of the operation body on the touch panel is released, the information is acquired on the basis of the detection signal according to the touch position detected immediately before the release and corresponding to the information input area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
