PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate accuracy on processing of equalizing opening diameters of plural orifices, with a single orifice, and thereby reduce a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A spool S is slidably assembled into a valve body B, and both ends of the spool S face to pilot chambers 1, 2. Then, The spool S is changed over with action of pilot pressure guided to any one of the pilot chambers 1, 2.
