PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a risk evaluation slip having an evaluation item according to a state of an evaluation object.SOLUTION: A risk evaluation slip creation system comprises: an evaluation item definition information DB for storing evaluation items for evaluating risk in a project, and evaluation values corresponding to the evaluation items; a causal structure definition information DB for storing a membership between the evaluation item and other evaluation item; an evaluation result information DB for storing a past evaluation result of a project; and an evaluation processing part for, selecting the evaluation item stored in the evaluation item definition information DB, and when the selected evaluation item is expressed as the past evaluation result of a project stored in the evaluation result information DB, selecting other evaluation item corresponding to a child member item of the membership to the selected evaluation item from the causal structure definition information DB, replacing the selected other evaluation item with the evaluation item for making other evaluation item a new evaluation item, then creating an evaluation slip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
