PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode capable of easily forming a metal nanowire layer (conductive layer) having low resistance and improving adhesiveness between a substrate and a metal nanowire layer and to provide a method for producing the electrode, and an organic EL lighting device including the electrode.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing an electrode which comprises: an anchor layer formation step of forming an anchor layer on a substrate; and a metal nanowire layer formation step of forming a metal nanowire layer including a metal nanowire on the anchor layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
