PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional visible mechanism, specifically, it is generally designed to first collect data in a container such as a data warehouse from various individual systems and then process and analyze the data, a distance is generated between information and the occurence site thereof, a time lag is generated, and thus the mechanism is insufficient as a problem solving tool.SOLUTION: In order to make visible the information of the same depth as that of a project party without any time lag, the function of a project management tool is expanded, and made applicable to any processes, thus realizing a visible tool also serving as a project manager capable of managing PDCA cycles in a unified manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
