The present invention relates to an organosilicate-based superhydrophobic nanofilm which has strong thermal and mechanical stability. Also, the superhydrophobic nanofilm can be made multifunctional by adding desired substances to organosilicate matrix and stacking organosilicate with other polymers and particles, etc., together. A preparation method of organosilicate based on a sol-gel reaction can prepare organosilicate having desired characteristics by adjusting type of base polymer, reaction time, amount of acids or water, type and amount of a coupling agent, etc. In addition, the preparation method can impart multifunctional properties suitable for the purpose to a superhydrophobic nanofilm with a desired width by selectively applying substances suitable for the field of usage to be stacked together. A superhydrophobic or superhydrophilic film prepared according to the present invention can be widely used for industrial sites requiring extreme conditions or bio-related fields requiring characteristics which are harmless to cells. |
