PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ribbon transport device capable of efficiently specifying a troubled transportation roll which causes flaws in a glass ribbon, and a method for specifying the troubled transportation roll.SOLUTION: In a glass ribbon transport device including a plurality of transportation rolls 6a, 6b, 6c and 6d for transporting a strip-shaped glass ribbon 5, at least two transfer rolls have different roll diameters. On the basis of the role diameters of the individual transportation rolls 6a, 6b, 6c and 6d and the period of a plurality of flaws to appear at an interval in the transfer direction of the glass ribbon 5, a troubled transfer roller which causes said flaws can be specified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
