PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmission device capable of suppressing leakage of magnetism so that a two-way clutch can be surely functioned with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A rotation transmission device has a two-way clutch 10 transmitting and blocking rotation between an input shaft Sand an output shaft S, and an electromagnetic clutch 50 disposed on the input shaft Sto control engagement and disengagement of the two-way clutch 10. The electromagnetic clutch 50 is composed of an armature 51, a rotor 52 disposed on the input shaft Sand axially opposed to the armature 51, and an electromagnet 53 axially opposed to the rotor 52 to attract the armature 51 to the rotor 52 by energization.
