PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate and inspect flaws of an outer peripheral face located around a shaft direction of workpieces.SOLUTION: A light source 42 irradiates an entire periphery of a male taper face 2404 of a nipple 12 supported by a support part 58 at a second swirl stop location P2 of one of a plurality of swirl stop locations with light. A swirl frame 46 is provided so as to be swirlable centering around a shaft center of the nipple 12 supported by the support part 58 at the second swirl stop location P2. An imaging device 44 is configured to be supported by the swirl frame 46, and direct an optical axis L at a direction orthogonal to a part of a periphery direction of the male taper face 2404 of the nipple 12 supported by the support part 58 at the second swirl stop location P2. The swirl frame 46 is swirled by a swirl frame driving part 48, thereby, the imaging device 44 images the entire periphery of the male taper face 2404 of the nipple 12 supported by the support part 58 at the second swirl stop location P2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
