PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition for two-liquid type casting which hardly precipitates a filler, maintains high-heat conductivity and electrical insulation properties of a cured product, and has excellent mechanical strength; and an electronic component formed by casting the epoxy resin composition.SOLUTION: An epoxy resin composition for two-liquid type casting contains a main agent component containing (A) a liquid epoxy resin, (B) an inorganic filler, (C) a phosphoric ester-based wet dispersing agent (D) an urea-based compound, and a curing agent component containing (E) a curing agent and (F) a curing accelerator. A content of (C) the phosphoric ester-based wet dispersing agent with respect to 100 pts.mass of (A) the liquid epoxy resin is 0.1-5 pts.mass. A ratio ((C)/(D)) between (C) the phosphoric ester-based wet dispersing agent and (D) the urea-based compound is 0.1/1 to 1.5/1.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
