PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable cylindrical label which hardly causes delamination in a seal portion.SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable cylindrical label is formed into a cylindrical shape by overlapping a rear face of a first side end portion 21 of a heat-shrinkable substrate on a surface of a second side end portion 22, bonding overlapping surfaces each other, and forming a seal portion 3. The heat-shrinkable substrate includes a heat-shrinkable laminate film 2 having seven or more resin layers. The laminate film 2 includes an alternate lamination portion 7 in which a first resin layer A and a second resin layer B having different resin components are alternately laminated and the total of the first resin layer A and the second resin layer B is five or more layers. An end surface of at least the alternate lamination portion 7 out of an end surface 21a of the first side end portion 21 is formed into an inclination surface which is inclined at acute angles to a rear face 21b of the first side end portion 21 in a heat contraction processed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
