PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide menu highly convenient for a user.SOLUTION: A menu generation server 2 comprises a service partner information storage unit 211 which stores therein an address of a link of external content included in common display menu displayed in common in service content displayed on a terminal 1, an accept unit 220 which accepts notification information to be displayed in common display menu while associating with the external content, a generation unit 223 which generates common display menu including a link when receiving an acquisition request of the common display menu from the terminal 1 and a server transmission unit 224 which transmits the generated common display menu to the terminal 1. In the case where the accept unit 220 has accepted notification information corresponding to the link of the external content included in the common display menu, the generation unit 223 generates common display menu in which the notification information is displayed in association with the link.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
