The present invention provides a touch screen panel and a touch control device. To this end, according to one aspect of the present invention, the touch screen panel comprises: first and second signal line control units controlling a plurality of first signal lines arranged in a first direction and a plurality of second signal lines arranged in a second direction and intersecting with the first signal lines, respectively; and a touch controller controlling the first signal line control unit to apply an operation signal to the first signal lines or to sense an operation signal applied from the outside by the first signal lines according to a sensing mode. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the touch screen panel capable of providing different touch schemes. |
