PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient humidification heater facilitating delivery of humidified high-temperature air environmentally friendly with high efficiency.SOLUTION: A highly efficient humidification heater 10 includes: an ultrasonic humidifier 30 that is provided inside water that an interior ultrasonic generator 33 stores, and generates humidified air with occurring mist and delivers it; a heating duct 11 that heats the humidified air delivered by the ultrasonic humidifier 30 and delivers it; and a ventilation duct 13 that ventilates air from an inlet side by an electric fan 16, mixes the humidified air heated by the heating duct 11 and delivers it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
