PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticization device, an injection device, a molding device and a molding manufacturing method with which moldings with uniform physical properties such as strength and rigidity can be manufactured.SOLUTION: A plasticization device 30 is provided with: a cylindrical barrel 40 equipped with a resin material-supplying port 41 formed in a circumferential wall 40d and with a fiber-supplying port 42 formed in the circumferential wall 40d on the leading end-side of the resin material-supplying port 41; and a screw 50 equipped with a shaft 51 and a helical scraper 52 integrally formed on the circumferential surface of the shaft 51, and housed inside the barrel 40. The barrel 40 is disposed in an orientation such that an axis line A1 thereof crosses the direction of gravity. The maximum length of a second opening 44 of the fiber-supplying port 42 inside the barrel 40 along the axial direction of the barrel 40 is equal to or more than one time and equal to or less than two times the pitch of the scraper 52 that is provided in the portion of the screw 50 facing the second opening 44 in a direction orthogonal to the axis line A1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
