PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage-integrated sensor in which little liquid remains and which is capable of measuring a microsample.SOLUTION: A passage-integrated sensor comprises an ion selective sensitive film 8 and a housing 2 including a linear inflow passage 3, a linear outflow passage 4, and a space 5 which is filled with internal liquid and into which an internal electrode is inserted. One ends of the inflow passage 3 and the outflow passage 4 intersect with each other while the other ends thereof are respectively opened on a surface of the housing 2. At least the inflow passage 3 side of the intersection of the inflow passage 3 and the outflow passage 4 communicates with the space 5 through a passage opening. The ion selective sensitive film 8 is disposed in the space 5 so as to block the passage opening. An angle formed by a flow direction of a sample solution in the inflow passage 3 and a normal of a surface of the ion selective sensitive film 8 facing the passage is equal to or greater than 90° and smaller than 180°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
