PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core-shell structure body containing, in a core part, a compound by which a problem is solved that a core-shell structure body cannot be produced when a constitution of a shell part used conventionally widely is employed even if the core-shell structure body consisting of a core part consisting of a compound having a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group, and a shell part is designed aiming to actual production.SOLUTION: The invention provides a core-shell structure body containing a core part and a shell part, where the core part contains a compound having a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group, and the shell part contains a surfactant with a melting point of 30°C or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
