PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spread an adhesive in a short time while confirming whether or not the adhesive is spread to an end part of a component.SOLUTION: When an adhesive is applied to a bonding surface of one of two components, which are objects to be stuck, and the two components are bonded to each other by a component bonding device 13 to obtain a bonded component, an inclination adjuster 14 uses a camera to obtain an image of a spreading state of the adhesive on the bonding surface between the two components in the bonded component. When the size of unspread parts of the adhesive from an end part of the bonded component to an end part of the adhesive is biased, the inclination adjuster 14 adjusts the inclination of the bonded component so that the adhesive moves toward a larger unspread part. A spreading adjuster 15 controls, according to the size of the unspread part obtained by the camera, the pushing-in amount and pushing-in time interval of a pressing-side component until the size of the unspread part becomes equal to or smaller than a predetermined size to adjust the spreading of the adhesive. When the unspread part disappears, the adhesive on an edge part of the bonded component is cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
