PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film capacitor with high safety, capable of being miniaturized by reducing the thickness of a dielectric film, easy to align dielectric films facing each other, and having favorable self-protection.SOLUTION: A film capacitor 10 includes: a pair of dielectric films 1, 2 facing each other; deposition electrodes 3, 4 formed on the pair of dielectric films 1, 2, respectively; a slit 7 that is a non-formation region of the deposition electrode 3 formed on one dielectric film 1 of the pair of dielectric films 1, 2; a plurality of electrode regions 3a of the deposition electrode 3 partitioned by the slit 7; and a fuse part 3b connecting the electrode regions 3a, 3a adjacent to each other. The one dielectric film 1 including the slit 7 and the fuse part 3b formed therein has a penetration part 1b in the slit 7 adjacent to the fuse part 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
