PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ambiguity removal device that removes ambiguity of a product indicated by a product name included in a message published on a network.SOLUTION: The ambiguity removal device includes: collecting means for collecting a message from a network, the message not having part of first product names that specifies a product and having a second product name indicating a group of products indicated by the respective first product names; classifying means for classifying the message collected by the collecting means into a first message including the first product names and a second message not including the first product names; storing means for storing first information on a relationship between the product and a feature; and first determining means for determining, on the basis of a feature mentioned in the second message and the first information, which product in a group of products indicated by the second product name included in the second message a product mentioned in the second message corresponds to.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
