PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the temperature of a refrigerant circulating through each of a plurality of inner fins uniform as much as possible thereby to improve cooling ability of each portion, in a heat sink including the inner fins inserted at the inside thereof.SOLUTION: A pair of first inner fins 8 are arranged in parallel in a width direction via a first bypass passage 10 on one doorway 7 side of a refrigerant, a second inner fin 9 is arranged on the other doorway 7 side with a space 11 from an end of each first inner fin, and a second bypass passage 13 is formed on both sides of the second inner fin 9 in a with direction.
