PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a polarizing laminate film, by which peeling of a polyvinyl alcohol resin layer from a base film can be suppressed when a protect film is released.SOLUTION: The production method includes, successively in the following order: a lamination step (S30) of laminating a protect film 2 on a surface of a polyvinyl alcohol resin layer of an oriented film 1 opposite to a base film to obtain an oriented film 3 with the protect film; a wind-up step (S40) of winding up the oriented film 3 with the protect film; a release step (S50) of unwinding the oriented film 3 with the protect film and releasing the protect film 2 from the oriented film 1; and a dyeing step (S60) of dyeing the oriented film 1 to obtain a polarizing laminate film. In the wind-up step (S40), the oriented film 3 with the protect film is configured in such a manner that positions of both ends in a width direction of the polyvinyl alcohol resin layer do not coincide with positions of both ends in the width direction of the protect film 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
