PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain dryer which regulates transition to drying operation by executing abnormality countermeasures in a manner that detects fuel leak from a combustion burner before starting the drying operation.SOLUTION: A grain dryer comprises: dry operation starting means which starts drying operation by driving a grain circulation mechanism when a drying operation switch 34 is turned on; burner combustion control means which performs combustion control by comparing a set fuel flow rate with a detected flow rate value of a fuel flow sensor 57; drying operation stop means which stops a machine after continuing driving of a burner fan 52, an exhaust fan 10 and the grain circulation mechanism for a predetermined period when stopping the machine on the basis of a detection of flame by a flame detection sensor 56; and pre-drying operation machine stop means which determines abnormality caused by fuel leak when detecting that the detected value of the fuel flow sensor 57 is not less than a predetermined value while the machine is in an operation state other than the drying operation or an operation stop state, performs abnormality notification and stops operation of the machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
