PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently supporting a surgery related business.SOLUTION: Surgery plan data recording means 2 records non-alternative sources such as a surgery room and surgery appliances, surgery method specification information, and surgery plan including a date of surgery, as surgery plan data 10. Necessary processing data creation means 4 refers to surgery correspondence processing data 12, and determines necessary processing to a patient before the surgery is performed, based on the surgery method specification information, and in addition, at the date of the surgery, in consideration of patient specification information creates necessary processing data 16 which is used for managing whether or not the necessary processing before performing surgery is properly performed to the patient. Necessary alternative physical source data creation means 6 refers surgery correspondence alternative physical source data 14, for determining a scalpel or the like which has been subjected to sterilization needed for the surgery, based on the surgery method specification information and the date of the surgery included in the surgery plan data 10, and creates necessary alternative physical source data 18.
