PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reducing the delay of the composition of a video transmitted through a network and positional information of a dynamic body obtained by the analysis of the video.SOLUTION: A monitoring system 1 includes: a video distribution device 22 including a time information application part 224 which applies a frame imaging time to an imaging frame imaged by a camera 21 and a video transmission control part 225 which allows the transmission of the imaging frame to which the frame imaging time is applied through a network 50; and a video analysis device 23 including an analysis part 233 which analyzes the imaging frame and obtains the positional information of the dynamic body photographed in the imaging frame, a time information application part 235 which is synchronized with a first time information application part which applies the frame imaging time to the positional information, and an analysis result transmission control part 236 which allows the transmission of the positional information to which the frame imaging time is applied through the network 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
