PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pictorial weave based on coloring with a massive texture similar to that obtained by thickly adding several layers of paint, and with functionality such as sound absorbency, heat retention, heat insulation, view blockage and concealment.SOLUTION: A woven fabric with a three-dimensional pattern is woven with multiple types of warp yarns 21, 22 and weft yarns 23, 24 having different shrinkage ratios. The shrinking properties of maximum shrinkable warp and weft yarns each having the largest shrinkage ratio are manifested after weaving. Shrinkage treatment according to the shrinkage ratios of the maximum shrinkable warp yarn and the maximum shrinkable weft yarn is applied for finishing. The pattern is woven by using each of multiple types of woven structures including a reversible figured double structure 16 as a picture element. In a reversible figured double pattern using the reversible figured double structure as the picture element, the maximum shrinkable warp and weft yarns and minimum shrinkable warp and weft yarns are separately woven into a front side and a back side. In the shrinkage treatment, a low shrinkage woven fabric 27 including the minimum shrinkable warp and weft yarns is bulged above a high shrinkage woven fabric 25 including the maximum shrinkable warp and weft yarns. In the inside of the low shrinkage woven fabric 27, a reinforcement part in which a reinforcement front fabric 41 and a reinforcement back fabric 31 are superposed is formed by the reversible figured double structure, thereby further bulging the reversible figured double pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
