PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil device which ensures a desired high output, while facilitating replacement of an ignition plug.SOLUTION: An ignition coil device EQU is constituted of a primary coil L1 and a secondary coil L2, a magnetic material Co forming a magnetic path, an ignitor Q controlling the electrification state of the primary coil L1, and a connection connector 2, and sectioned into an embedded portion to be embedded in a head cover HC, and a mounting part configured so that it can be mounted detachably for the head cover HC. The connection connector 2, primary coil L1, secondary coil L2, magnetic material Co and ignitor Q are integrated with the cover member, and the mounting part is constituted to have a high voltage transmission path from the secondary coil L2 toward an ignition plug PG.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
