PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton storage cardboard box suppressing the collapse of a carton due to the inner flap of the cardboard box without reducing the size of the carton stored in the cardboard box and to provide a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A carton storage cardboard box 100 where a plurality of cartons 20 containing a paper product 25 are stored in a cardboard box 10 has an inner flap 4 not butting with an outer flap 2 in the cardboard box. The cartons are stored so that one is stacked on the other along a vertical direction of the cardboard box in a long side direction. At least a part of the inner flap is collapsed in a thickness direction, the inside dimension IL of the cardboard box in a vertical direction is 430-510 mm, the thickness 2t of the outer flap is 2.5-6.5 mm, the minimum thickness 4pt of the inner flap is 1.0-5.0 mm, (minimum thickness 4pt)/(thickness 2t) is 0.40-0.90, the long side L of the carton is 210-250 mm, a width W is 100-130 mm and a height H is 40-65 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
