PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather structure for an in-wheel motor drive device which eliminates difficulty in the piping layout of a breather hose.SOLUTION: A breather structure includes: an in-wheel motor drive device (11); a breather hose (68) communicating with an interior part of a casing of the in-wheel motor drive device and extending from a surface of the casing; a suspension member (121) for attaching the in-wheel motor drive device to a vehicle body side member; and a cover (131) fixedly attached to the suspension member and covering the breather hose.
