PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to easily grasp a used portion of a cutting blade.SOLUTION: A bite tool (46) machines a top face (61) of a workpiece (W) by rotating around a rotary shaft of machining means (40). A cutting blade (52) at the tip side of the bite tool is formed in a circular shape in a direction orthogonal to a rotation direction. An attachment angle of the bite tool with respect to a bite attachment part (45) of the machining means can be adjusted along the circular shape of the cutting blade.
