PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower limb motion support apparatus in which a rotation torque necessary for motion of a hip joint and a knee joint is imparted by a spring biasing force and this spring biasing force is efficiently transmitted, and thereby motion such as walking or standing in daily life can be performed smoothly without difficulty.SOLUTION: A lower limb motion support apparatus includes: a hip joint torque transmission member 16 having a rotating shaft 17; and a ball plunger 21 for performing spring biasing of the hip joint torque transmission member 16 in an offset position X from the direction moving to the rotating shaft 17, and imparting a rotation torque to the hip joint torque transmission member 16. A cam surface 19 for changing the rotation torque according to the spring biasing force of the ball plunger 21 is formed in the hip joint torque transmission member 16. The ball plunger 21 performs spring biasing of the cam surface 19 by the rotational motion of the hip joint, and thereby a hip joint aid mechanism 12 is constituted so that the rotation torque may be imparted to the hip joint torque transmission member 16 for rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
