PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield structure which, for example, effectively blocks electromagnetic wave noise in an electromagnetic shield space, or effectively blocks introduction of unnecessary electric field and magnetic field due to foreign electromagnetic noise.SOLUTION: A first shield plate metal member 203 and a second shield plate metal member 204 made of a conductive metal plate are disposed to face each other, and an electromagnetic shield space is formed therebetween. The first shield plate metal member 203 has a slit 2031a on a side wall surface 2031 folded into a U shape, and the second shield plate metal member 204 has a protrusive streak part 2041a on a side wall surface 2041 folded into a U shape. The side wall surface 2031 of the first shield plate metal member 203 and the side wall surface 2041 of the second shield plate metal member 204 overlap with each other, and the protrusive streak part 2041a engages with the slit 2031a.
