The present invention relates to a portable travel bag assembly having drying and sterilizing functions. The portable travel bag assembly comprises: a bag body having an internal space formed therein to accommodate and withdraw an item, and having one side opened and closed to allow access to the internal space; a partition wall unit formed in the bag body, and capable of compartmenting the internal space into a plurality of sections; a management unit disposed in one side of the bag body to sterilize an item accommodated in the internal space or dry a wet item by supplying cool air or hot air into the internal space; and a controller disposed in one side of the bag body, electrically connected with the management unit, and controlling operation of the management unit. The portable travel bag assembly may be conveniently carried, and dries and sterilizes an item accommodated during an unavoidable situation in which washing and drying are not possible, so a hygienic state of items may be maintained.
