The present invention relates to a chemosensor for detecting nanomolar concentration of heparin in vivo, a preparation method thereof, and a detection method of heparin using the same. According to the present invention, the chemosensor for detecting nanomolar concentration of heparin in vivo has excellent selectivity to heparin in vivo even in presence of other chemical substances, and can easily measure the amount of heparin by operating in a wide range of pH from 1.5 to 11.5 with little influence from environmental changes. Further, the detection limit of the chemosensor is 3 pM in an aqueous solution and 34 pM in an aqueous solution including blood plasma or serum. In addition, the chemosensor can detect heparin at a scale of 10^-9 M and thus can sensitively and proportionally detect heparin in biological samples such as blood plasma and serum, thereby being capable of easily measuring concentration of heparin in blood. A compound represented by chemical formula 1 easily combines to heparin and forms a complex while increasing intensity of fluorescence signals at the emission wavelength of the complex and reducing intensity of fluorescence signals at the emission wavelength of the compound before forming the complex. By computing a ratio of the intensity at the two wavelengths, concentration of heparin can be detected. |
