METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING CALL ANSWER AND MOBILE TERMINAL USING THE SAME

A call control apparatus comprises: a display unit for displaying a call icon of a general incoming call screen, and other incoming call icons different from a call ending icon when receiving an incoming call; a touch screen for receiving a particular control by a user on the incoming call icon after the display unit displaying the incoming call icon; and a control unit for comparing a preset call accepting control on the particular control and the incoming call icon, and processing a call permission for permitting a call when the particular control is identical to the preset call accepting control according to the comparison result.
