PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose an online market service providing device and method in which a price discount coupon can be acquired and a price negotiation game can be made to progress with purchaser terminal equipment.SOLUTION: A price negotiation game is the game aiming at being matched with a specific point and contained in a specific point range, while points are lowered sequentially from an initiation point. An online market service providing device by the present specification can provide a price discount coupon when succeeding in the game. As this occurs, a commodity can be purchased in a discounted price using the coupon by the selection of a purchaser, and the game can also be challenged.
