PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device which suppresses the generation of image disturbance, and an image forming apparatus comprising the fixation device.SOLUTION: A fixation device comprises: a first pressing part (704) that includes a pressing member 70 disposed inside a pressure belt 520, the pressing member 70 pressing the pressure belt 520 against a heating roll 510 to form a nip part N for allowing a recording medium to pass through between the heating roll 510 and the pressure belt 520; second pressing parts (701 and 702) that press the pressure belt 520 against the heating roll 510 upstream of the nip part N in a conveyance direction A; a recess (703) that is provided with a space between the recess and the pressure belt 520 upstream of the first pressing part in the conveyance direction A but downstream of the second pressing part in the conveyance direction A: a through hole 740 that, when a lubricant supplied to an inner surface of the pressure belt 520 flows into the recess, discharges the lubricant from the recess to the outside of the pressing member 70 through the inside of the pressing member 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
