PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film having a moth-eye structure having a low reflectance, no cloudiness and excellent scratch resistance, and a production method of an antireflection film by which an antireflection film can be produced in an easy process, and to provide a polarizing plate, a cover glass and an image display device including the antireflection film.SOLUTION: The antireflection film includes, in the following order, a plastic substrate, a permeation layer, and an antireflection layer that comprises metal oxide fine particles having an average primary particle diameter of 50 nm or more and 250 nm or less and a thickening compound. The permeation layer comprises a polymerized product of a (meth)acrylate compound having a molecular weight of 400 or less. The antireflection layer has a moth-eye structure having a rugged pattern formed by the metal oxide fine particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
