PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sealing performance and oil scooping performance of a piston ring.SOLUTION: In a piston ring 1 having a ring main body 10 which has a pair of abutment parts 20, and sets one side and the other side of the abutment part 20 as both ends, a thickness of one side of the abutment part and a thickness of the other side of the abutment part of the ring main body 10 are continuously or non-continuously different from each other. One side and the other side of the abutment part 20 oppose each other when viewed from a direction orthogonal to a center axis of ring main body 10, and have in common inclined faces 21b, 22a as inclined faces which can slidably abut on each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
