PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DRR image creation method and a DRR image creation device which can create a DRR image having image quality equivalent to a radiographic image.SOLUTION: An image processing part 80 includes a calculation point setting part 81 for setting a light beam that connects an X-ray tube and each pixel of X-ray CT data in geometric arrangement of an X-ray photographing system reproduced on a computer, and setting a plurality of calculation points on the light beam, a CT value correction part 82 for correcting the CT value of each calculation point set by the calculation point setting part 81 on the basis of a cumulative CT value from the X-ray tube to the calculation point, a CT value accumulation part 83 for using the CT value of each calculation point corrected by the CT value correction part 82 to accumulate CT values of calculation points located on the light beam, and a DRR image creation part 84 for creating a DRR image on the basis of the CT value accumulated by the CT value accumulation part 83.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
