The present invention relates to an apparatus for injecting water treatment chemicals, and to a controlling method thereof. More specifically, provided is an apparatus for injecting water treatment chemicals, preventing injection of excessive water treatment chemicals by using turbidity, electrical conductivity, and an oxidation-reduction potential value. A controlling method thereof is also provided. The apparatus for injecting water treatment chemicals comprises an inlet part; a water treatment part; a chemical treatment part; an outlet part; a turbidimeter; a first electrical conductivity sensor; a second electrical conductivity sensor; and an oxidation-reduction potential sensor.
