The tubular element (1) has inner tube (2) that is surrounded using outer tube (3). An intermediate insert (4) is located between inner tube and outer tube, and an anti-protective device (7) is provided inside the inner tube. The inner tube is provided with several coils (5), and end section of tubular element is connected with terminal piece (9). An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing tubular element.
